Animation Chico Film Festival Brand Identity and Merchandise: 2022
Using the idea of an animation smear to create a whimsical character for the festival with a warm/cool color pallet, I came up with a character I call Chichi which incorporates symbols from the city of Chico, Ca: The 'hand' tail represents a beloved sculpture in town called "Our Hands" and the emblem on the hat is the Chico City of Trees icon. The rest is pure doodle imagination.
